UTV Rental Guidelines Open Range Off-Road

At Open Range Off-Road, we want every renter to enjoy a safe and hassle-free experience. All renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. A major credit card is required at the time of pickup to secure the rental and damage deposit. Each vehicle requires a $1,500 security deposit, which must be placed on a credit card. Rental charges can be paid with either a credit card or cash. If the vehicle is returned clean and without any damage, the deposit will be fully refunded.

All UTVs are inspected before and after each rental. Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period, including the cost of replacement parts and labor. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or muddy.

DOT approved helmets are required for all drivers and passengers at all times while operating a rented UTV. Safety is our priority, and renters must agree to follow all posted and recommended safety practices.

Vehicles must stay on designated trails and approved off-road areas. Any renter found operating a vehicle outside permitted zones will be subject to immediate termination of the rental and may forfeit their deposit.

Late returns will result in additional charges. Please return all vehicles by the agreed-upon time to avoid extra fees and to ensure availability for the next rider.

Open Range Off-Road reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who appears unqualified or acts suspiciously. This policy helps us ensure the safety of our customers and the proper care of our equipment.

There is a $100 call out fee if you need to be retrieved and or towed back.
